“I have been delighted with the work Utilitas have done over the last decade, from getting involved in micro-generation and energy saving feasibility studies to administering sub-metered invoicing on my behalf. Given all they have done, I would happily recommend their services to any producer or grower.”

Peter Hall employed the services of Utilitas in 2004 in the first instance to help with issues he was having with EDF following the installation of a new substation at the farm.

Steve Garnett of Utilitas commented: “Peter is clearly a very savvy businessman and runs a very slick operation, but he had significant problems with his energy supplier. With our in-depth knowledge of the energy markets and our supplier relationships we were able to resolve the issues and make some significant savings. Hard to believe now but back in 2004 we were able to achieve prices of just over 3ppkWh; since then, as everyone knows, prices have risen sharply but Utilitas continue to work for HE Hall & Son and over the last 16 years savings in excess of £70,000 have been achieved.”

Peter Hall had this to say about Utilitas: “I have been delighted with the work Utilitas have done over the last decade, from getting involved in micro-generation and energy saving feasibility studies to administering submetered invoicing on my behalf. Given all they have done, I would happily recommend their services to any producer or grower”.
