Washroom and Hygiene Services

We arrange a variety of washroom services for our clients, including hand dryers, feminine hygiene bins, hazardous waste bins for medical practices, and mats for communal areas. We liaise with suppliers on your behalf and make all the arrangements. 

Historic invoice audit and bill validation

We can look back through your historic invoices to check for any overcharges or billing errors and if we do uncover any issues, we will liaise with the supplier on your behalf to get these corrected. We also offer an ongoing invoice audit to validate your bills and provide you with the data that your business needs to track your usage and expenditure. This insight can be really useful to help you control your costs. Recently, we undertook a waste invoice audit on behalf of a customer who had used us for energy management solutions for many years. We discovered that their supplier was regularly collecting recycling bins that were almost empty. We were able to negotiate a smaller bin size, and less frequent collections – which resulted in significant savings for the client, and reduced disruption on site.
